Guided tour and linoleum cutting workshop
Escher is one of the most famous graphic artists in the world. In his wonderful prints, he plays with perspective, space and reality. Nothing is what it seems with him. A concise (40-minute) tour will introduce you to several of M.C. Escher’s top artworks.
You will discover how he made his graphic prints and how he saw the world around him. Inspired by Escher’s world? A member of the museum’s teaching staff will get you making your own linoleum cut during the 65-minute workshop. Immersing yourself in this graphic technique also used by Escher will give you a solid sense of the production process and boost your appreciation of his graphic masterpieces!
You will be free to explore the second floor of your own accord after the workshop. It features an interactive exhibition that will teach you to see like Escher. Deceive your eyes, discover with your hands and become part of Escher’s perception. Immerse yourself in his illusion and become giant or tiny in just a few seconds. You will also be able to explore impossible figures and tessellations digitally.

For a group of at least 10 persons and no more than 20 persons. Visits with fewer than 10 participants are always a possibility, though the price will still be €495.00.
